The map is from Johann Anderson's book, Nachrichten von Island, Grønland und der Strasse Davis, first published in Hamburg 1746 and was then reprinted and translated into various languages. The author died in 1743 and he was probably not the mapmaker. Iceland is of the type that was popular on Dutch sea charts in the latter part of the 17th century. The map accompanied all editions of the book with titles in different languages.
