Reiner and Joshua Ottens produced enormous collections of maps, some as large as 15 volumes. Some of these include copies of practically all maps available at the time. Iceland appears on copies of the nautical charts of Van Keulen in the collections of the Ottens brothers. This map does probably derive from the Van Keulens since its version of Iceland is of the type that was common on their charts.
