Alexander Keith Johnston and his brother William published a few map collections. In one of them we find this map of Iceland. The outline of the country follows the coastal charts as far as they go and the rest of the country is based on older maps derived from Knoff. Iceland and the Faroes are parts of a map of Denmark.
